The Interested Party guarantees the accuracy and veracity of the personal data provided, exonerating the Responsible, of any liability in this regard by agreeing to keep them properly updated and to inform the Responsible of any changes that occur in them.

Arin Express S.L. communicates that in the development of its activity does not use the services of suppliers to whom it communicates data (as data processors) domiciled outside the European Economic Area, making an international transfer of data. If in the future the use of a data processor based outside the European Economic Area is considered, Arin Express will ensure that such transfers are in accordance with current regulations on data protection.
